Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide free, impartial, and confidential advice to older people on a range of issues including welfare benefits, housing, debt, money management, energy advice, and community care.
  • Reach out to identify and engage with older residents in need, liaising closely with other local services.
  • Work across a range of contracts and support the team in its delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to the Centre's holistic approach, supporting people's multiple needs.
