Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and serving.
  • Engage with residents in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices.
