Senior Sales Professional

Job Summary:
Verto People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for quoting tenders and securing orders for the diesel generator market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading critical power company and develop your sales skills in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to produce accurate quotations and tender submissions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the critical power industry, selling Generators, service, UPS systems, and associated equipment.
• Read, understand, and clarify technical tender documentation, providing competitive engineering concepts for project-based enquiries.
• Attend site visits and briefings to gain an understanding of clients' requirements.
• Determine price strategies for clients and conduct negotiations to win contracts while ensuring the best price is achieved.
• Assist with projects and after-sales support.
• Provide sales training and technical support to customers.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar.
• Experience working within the critical power industry selling Generators, service, UPS systems, and associated equipment would be beneficial.
• Full driving license and commutability to site in Northern Ireland.
Package:
Up to £40,000, 6% Company Pension, 30 days holiday, and a competitive commission scheme.
