HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. in Watford. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide first-line support to employees across the UK, handling a wide range of HR issues, including benefits and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Work closely with other teams, including HR Business Partners, HR Data specialists, Payroll, Pension, Occupational Health, Car Fleet, Resourcing, and Rewards & Benefits teams.
  • Manage the new starter and on-boarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Process changes to employee rewards and benefits packages, including terms and conditions of employment.
  • Participate in projects to improve the HR service and contribute to the continuous development of our HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR environment, with a focus on handling HR queries and providing support to employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
