We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide technical administrative support to our Financial Adviser and Paraplanner, working in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate client records, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal processes to enhance business efficiency and service standards.
  • Provide technical information and guidance to ensure workflows are followed and regulatory demands are met.
  • Liaise with product providers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct daily client interactions, maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and verify policy information to ensure accurate records.
  • Produce high-quality client Annual Review Reports.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product research and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Process applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
