About the Company
BMS Performance is a leading British manufacturer of high-quality HVAC systems, with a strong reputation for innovation and customer support. Our products are designed to improve building efficiency and sustainability, and we take pride in our industry-leading customer services and skilled project engineers.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £50,000 to £59,000 DoE
- Uncapped commission and bonus potential, with top earners exceeding £100,000 per year
- A high-spec PHEV or electric company car
- An excellent pension scheme with up to 8% employer contribution
- 25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays
Requirements
- Qualified mechanical engineer with a strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Structured and organized, with experience using CRM systems
- A true team player with a collaborative work environment
- Driving licence
