Drive Sales Growth as a Technical Sales Engineer
We're looking for a skilled professional to drive sales growth as a Technical Sales Engineer. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and offering tailored solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Technical Consultation:
- Provide technical support on braking systems.
- Customer Solutions Development:
- Understand customer needs and provide performance-enhancing solutions.
- Translate requirements into engineering specs.
- Offer after-sales technical support.
- Project Management:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.
- Develop sales plans and manage key accounts.
- Prepare detailed quotes and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Education: HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferable.
- Experience: 3+ years in technical sales, preferably in industrial or mechanical systems.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Proficient with CRM & ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industrial braking systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
