Competitive Rates and Benefits
  • PCV Holder starting rate (with over 12 months' experience in the last 4 years): £15.80 per hour with overtime paid at 1.25x standard rate, up to £19.75 per hour.
  • Less than 12 months' experience: £15.40 per hour with overtime paid at 1.25x standard rate, up to £19.25 per hour.
Flexible Scheduling and Overtime Opportunities
  • 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, scheduled up to 6-8 weeks in advance for better planning.
  • Morning shifts starting from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.
  • Overtime opportunities at Dartford or other local depots for those seeking additional earnings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • PCV Licence (required).
  • Minimum age of 18 with at least 6 months of driving experience.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Mandatory drug and alcohol test during the driving assessment.
  • Weekend availability based on your rota, with advance notice.
