We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Premium Country Pubs. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our General Manager and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on Duty Manager responsibilities when needed.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, helping them to grow and succeed.
  • Lead your team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
