What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on the Duty Manager role when needed.
  • Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that wows our guests.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team.
  • Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
