We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees Estate Agents in Maidenhead. As a Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer care skills, be able to generate new business, and thrive in a target-driven environment. A full CeMAP qualification and ability to provide mortgage advice are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, including providing advice on mortgage products and services.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
