Product Owner

Park Holidays UK is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Digital Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product aligns with business objectives, meets customer needs, and delivers value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product's long-term vision, aligning it with business goals, and collaborate on the master roadmap to ensure alignment with development.
- Prioritization: Determine the order in which features and functionalities will be implemented based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and groom a prioritized backlog of product requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with the product vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with all levels of stakeholders, including executives, customers, and development team members, to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain alignment.
- Feature Definition: Write clear, concise, and well-defined user stories that capture the desired functionality, acceptance criteria, and value proposition.
- Product Launch: Oversee the launch of new product features or releases, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback, analyze product metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the product's value and performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the product's development or success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal departments and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective product delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product features and changes.
- Agile Methodology: Understand and apply agile principles and practices to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Customer Centricity: Prioritize the needs and preferences of customers throughout the product development process.
- Technical Understanding: Possess a basic understanding of technical concepts to effectively communicate with the development team and make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during product development, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
