Vehicle Refinish Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Refinish Specialist to join our team at JCT600. As a Vehicle Refinish Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and skilfully undertaking the paint refinish and repair of a wide range of motor vehicles, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake repair activities on customer vehicles to the highest standard within the scheduled times, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and minimising return to workshop.
- Accurately and skilfully undertake the paint refinish and repair of motor vehicles.
- Identify and mix paint colours using the approved mixing systems, keeping wastage to a minimum.
- Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures, using the factory times.
- Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately and correctly for all paint repairs.
- Actively set out to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
- Ensure you are constantly up to date with skills and best practice in your industry.
- Safeguard customers' vehicles and their contents whilst in the workshop.
- Proven experience of painting vehicles to a high standard.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- A City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications such as a recognised apprenticeship or other manufacturer approved training scheme.
- Excellent attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
