Key Responsibilities:
- Performing repair tasks on customer vehicles to the highest standards within scheduled timelines, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and minimizing the need for return visits.
- Expertly executing the paint refinishing and repair of motor vehicles.
- Identifying and blending paint colors using approved mixing systems, while minimizing waste.
- Conducting all repairs in accordance with best practice procedures and factory times.
- Utilizing all paint mixing systems and drying equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
- Actively striving to meet and exceed departmental objectives.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and adheres to company, brand, and industry standards.
- Staying updated with skills and best practices in the automotive industry.
- Safeguarding customer vehicles and their contents while in the workshop.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in painting vehicles to a high standard.
- A customer-focused approach, consistently aiming to exceed service expectations.
- A City & Guilds qualification or equivalent, such as a recognized apprenticeship or manufacturer-approved training.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an organized and systematic approach to problem-solving.
