Job Description: We are looking for a Water Recreation Coordinator to join our team at Wiltshire Council. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for supervising pool and poolside activities, ensuring member safety and well-being. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized pool area, respond to emergencies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid NPLQ or willingness to obtain one within 3 months.
  • Excellent swimming abilities and physical fitness level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
