We require caring professionals who can provide a supportive environment for the children. As a Residential Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining case files and assisting in implementing care plans.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.

The role involves promoting educational activities and accompanying young people on outings, handling administrative tasks, and reporting any concerns to senior staff.

In this role, you will ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all residents and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities include providing a safe and supportive environment, maintaining case files, and assisting in implementing care plans.

To be considered for this role, you must have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, full driving license due to the location of the home, and willingness to pursue the Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's Workforce.
