Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are maintained at a high clinical standard.
  • Confidence in providing clinical guidance to the care team and contributing to CQC tasks.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care.
