About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Clinical Guidance: You will provide clinical guidance and support to care teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin: You must hold a valid NMC pin and have a strong understanding of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Experience in Healthcare: You must have previous experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: You must have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage care teams effectively.
