Social Work Practice Development Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Practice Learning and Development Team as a Social Work Practice Development Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Practice Learning Team Lead in the delivery of a social work practice learning strategy for adults, with a focus on developing and implementing effective learning programs.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver and support the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship Program in partnership with the University
Provide reporting on the quality of the experience of Social Work Degree students, SW Apprentices, ASYE Programme, Practice Educator Programme, and people with lived experience
Collaborate with the Practice Learning Team to develop and implement a social work practice learning strategy for adults
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a post-qualifying Practice Educator Stage 2 qualification and a strong understanding of social work practice and education.
