The Role: As a Manufacturing Operative, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce cylinder blocks with precision and accuracy. You will also be involved in quality control processes to ensure our products meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality cylinder blocks
  • Ensure precision and adherence to specifications
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to improve efficiency and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per year, plus benefits package including paid time off and holiday entitlement, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
