Electrical Site Manager Opportunity

V7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. Our client is a leading building services specialist, delivering high-end mechanical and electrical services to large-scale city centre projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical site management, with experience in overseeing electrical aspects of projects, conducting QA and snagging reports, and managing QA procedures for M&E. They will also possess excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing electrical aspects of the project
  • Carrying out QA and snagging reports
  • Managing QA procedures for M&E
  • Completing H&S paperwork
  • Package management
  • Leadership and teamwork
  • Working closely with the Senior PM
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site
  • Experience in working on high-rise/office blocks
  • Attending project progress meetings
  • Coordinating direct staff and subcontractors to ensure project delivery in line with the programme
