Electrical Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team at Anderselite Ltd. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the electrical fit-out elements of our projects, working closely with our operations manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the electrical fit-out elements of our projects, including technical liaison and review with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Assist the operations manager in raising issues and retrieving quotes to ensure competitive supply costs.
  • Attend meetings and site visits as required, and be able to work and learn our procedures of site management.
  • Develop your role and advance your responsibilities further, for which you will be rewarded accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on projects worth £20,000 to £3,000,000 (M&E value).
  • Able to use Microsoft packages and read/interpret drawings.
  • NVQ, HNC, or relative electrical qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Experience as an electrician is essential, as is experience in a supervisory capacity managing sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and be comfortable speaking with clients.
Package:
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience (circa £49,000).
