As a Business Developer, your focus will be on identifying and closing business deals and partnerships that align with our company's strategic goals.

  • IDentify business opportunities and strategic partnerships that are aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • MakE our CRM the holy grail of our business development, ensuring it becomes the ultimate tool for driving, tracking, and optimizing all our bizdev efforts.
  • Collect feedback on the product, and communicate to the team to contribute to the product development and marketing strategies.
  • Attend online and offline events to get leads and turn them into closed deals.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development in the blockchain space, preferably in early-stage projects.
  • Experience in startups and setting up business development processes from scratch.
  • Strong network of Web3 key players you can easily tap into.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business and growth strategies for Web3 projects.
  • Previously worked with dApps and blockchain type of projects.
  • You understand how the Web3 community thinks, and how to navigate the space.
  • You are quick to grab every opportunity to talk business.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
  • A remote work arrangement with flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe or Asia (preferably).
