Key Responsibilities- Deliver flexible support across South Derbyshire, working with individuals and families in temporary dispersed refuge accommodation and within the local community.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and professionals within partner agencies.
- Assess and mitigate risk using the CAADA/DASH framework.
- Provide safety planning and risk assessment services.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing duty day cover as per rota.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused skills.
- Ability to work using a person-centered approach.
- Experience of working with individuals and families affected by domestic abuse.
- Knowledge of MARAC and its process.
- IT literacy and competence with word, excel, support planning software, and database management.
