Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Business Admin Coordinator to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our service users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments of individuals with mental health needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing regular monitoring and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Support and supervise junior colleagues, promoting a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Take on a lead role in the team, contributing to the development of new initiatives and projects.
