At Educated Appointments, we're seeking a skilled Engineering Training Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to share your expertise and make a real impact in the lives of learners.

We offer a competitive salary of £**£38,000-£42,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits. As an Engineering Training Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality occupational training to apprentices and vocational learners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and Delivering Occupational Training: You'll design and deliver training programmes that meet the needs of our learners, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen careers.
  • Monitoring Learner Cohorts: You'll work closely with learners to monitor their progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintaining Resources: You'll develop and maintain resources for the Apprenticeship standard, ensuring they're up-to-date and relevant to the industry.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Internal Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality learner work and address any actions immediately. You'll also work with External Quality Visits and End Point Assessment Organisations to maintain the highest standards.
