Retail Sales Executive

We are a rapidly expanding retailer seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Leicester. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customers to achieve their business goals
- Onboard new customers to grow the business
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities
- Liaise with suppliers and third parties to ensure seamless operations
- Regularly visit customers, retailers, and clients to promote services and offers
- Audit customer compliance with company guidelines
- Manage budgets and review performance regularly
- Self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude
- High level of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Customer service orientated with high motivation and ambition
A competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 plus a car and additional benefits including three guaranteed bonuses make this a rewarding role for the right candidate.
