As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Zego, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve that mission. You'll be the first point of contact for our London office, responsible for ensuring that our space is welcoming, organized, and inviting to clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and tidy space, ordering supplies, and ensuring that our reception area is always well-stocked.
  • Be the primary point of contact for office landlords and key stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the Employee Experiences Manager in managing our office space and employee experiences, including planning and executing company-wide events and celebrations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with the IT department to ensure that our office technology is up-to-date and functioning properly.

**What You'll Need**

  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong organizational and creative skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
