About the Role

As a Programs and Events Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote social interaction, independence, and overall wellbeing among residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to understand the needs and preferences of residents and their families
  • Design and deliver programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities, including cultural, educational, and recreational activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to enhance our residents' experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
