About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties
  1. Manage a caseload of children and families, including assessments, reviews, interventions, and report preparation.
  2. Collaborate with partner professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated assessment, planning, and delivery of help and services.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to empower service users, build on individual strengths, and address risk factors.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in social work from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • At least two years' experience in Children's Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
