Special Education Needs Teacher

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Individualized Plans: Create and implement individualized education plans for students, considering their unique needs and abilities.
  • Maintain a Supportive Environment: Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to provide a comprehensive care package for students.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • UK QTS: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Special Education Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor's degree/Qualifications in Special Education or a related field.
  • SEN Experience: Have previous experience working with children with severe SEN, ASD, and disabilities.
  • Disability Understanding: Demonstrate familiarity with various disabilities and SEN, including autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, and cognitive impairments.
  • DBS Certificate: Possess a valid Child and Adult DBS certificate.
Compensation and Work Details:

This role offers an estimated daily salary of £*** per day (GBP), along with a range of benefits and a long-term contract.

Location and Commitment:

This position is based in Croydon, London, and requires a 5 Days/week Long-Term commitment from the successful candidate.
