IT Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join the payroll team of a leading global payments client. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple entities in the EMEA region through the outsourced vendor, ADP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage payrolls for assigned entities, ensuring compliance with local country requirements and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Validate and submit payroll files from internal and external stakeholders, including time tracking systems and financial management tools.
  • Implement and maintain controls to capture changes month over month, reconciling and explaining any differences and ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external agencies and local government authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and participate in payroll-related meetings and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the submission of filings and payments to third parties processed by vendors, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors.
  • Directly interact with third parties and tax authorities to resolve issues and address queries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Create and maintain control documentation, process flows, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attributes: Analytical mindset, proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
