We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join our team in Uxbridge. This is a permanent and full-time position that involves working closely with a team of quality administrators to ensure the highest standards of quality compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with clients, investigating and resolving complaints, and conducting internal quality audits. You will also update and maintain quality procedures, as well as conduct contract reviews on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational/planning skills are also essential.

Salary for this role is approximately £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
