**About the role**:
The purpose of this position is to educate and coach Independent Distributors on the Herbalife Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan and regulatory requirements in order to upholding the Herbalife opportunity and protecting consumers, Distributors and the Herbalife Nutrition brand image; as well as, by enforcing and correcting violations to promote an ethical and fair environment in which Herbalife products may be distributed.
**In this role you will**:
- Provide coordination and direction within United Kingdom, Ireland Iceland and Malta regarding compliance issues and local authority complaints
- Coordinate Distributor training and education including maintenance of records
- Achieve and further develop in-depth knowledge of the processes and procedures by which all compliance related issues must be addressed
- Be an essential part of the team by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communications skills, to help build team moral and efficiency of the team
- Constantly look for ways of improving performance and Distributor education and communication.
**Our Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 year experience in a service oriented industry
- At least 2-3 year experience in a position of policies/guidelines bounded environment which requires resolving problems in a day-to-day operations
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a cultural sensitivity
- Effective general clerical skills with practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation/research and Socila Media platforms
- High degree of flexibility, positive and professional attitude
- Bilingual and/or fluent in multiple languages/dialects - desired
- Experience in multi-level marketing - desired
- Experience in compliance, investigation based working environemnt
- Bachelor/University Degree
