The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail teams, with experience in a multi-channel and multi-site environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to articulate business performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of learning and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a welcoming work culture.
