About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing in Chester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with autism and learning disabilities in their daily life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Assist with nutrition and meal planning
  • Encourage and support the individual's goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support, learning disabilities, and autism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Enhanced DBS check required

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, with enhanced rates on Bank Holidays. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team, making a real difference in the lives of our service users.
