Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Continuous Improvements team, you will support the Head of Continuous Improvements and Senior Change Consultants in delivering, governing, and controlling continuous improvements across the business.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the delivery of continuous improvements, working closely with the Head of Continuous Improvements, Senior Change Consultants, and Operational colleagues across Pension Solutions. Your main objectives will be to:

  • Support the Head of Continuous Improvements and Senior Business Change Consultants with governance and controls of change improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Support the Head of Continuous Improvements with coordinating the delivery of the change, through the Continuous Improvements delivery lifecycle.
  • Understand customer service and customer management and be able to manage internal stakeholder relationships positively and effectively.
  • Have experience of Pensions.
  • Have experience of Change Management, Project Management/PMO.
  • Have experience of SharePoint – Building sites, forms, and automation in the tool.
