We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Pensions Regulator.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns using various channels to reach a diverse range of audiences.
  • Work closely with directors and business partners to understand current and future recruitment needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local and national talent trends, sharing insights with colleagues and hiring managers.
  • Promote excellent candidate experiences through proactive and hands-on approaches.
  • Build and manage talent pools, approaching prospective candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Deliver recruitment services within agreed service level agreements, providing exceptional customer experiences for both hiring managers and candidates.
Person Specification
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advert creation, candidate sourcing, application screening, selection process design, and offer management.
  • Demonstrable commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A supportive and effective partner to other functions within the People Team and wider organisation.
