Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of the firm's marketing activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Supporting the development and updating of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and client presentations.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Maintaining the firm's client relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Drafting and proofreading communications, newsletters, and other written content.
  • Coordinating social media activity and online presence.
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing and business development team as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in the corporate or legal world, with a passion for marketing and business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an understanding of digital marketing tools.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience or internship in marketing, communications, or a professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£31,000 per annum for this six-month fixed-term contract, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in legal marketing and business development.
