The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Technology & eDiscovery Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful contribution to our clients' success.
Our team provides expert advice and support to clients throughout the forensic technology and eDiscovery workflow, including litigation, arbitration, internal and external investigations, and regulatory responses. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of client engagements for our Forensic Technology & eDiscovery service line, covering all areas of the EDRM lifecycle. This will involve advising clients on best practices for data management and preservation, as well as performing hands-on elements of eDiscovery matters from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on data management and preservation best practices
- Data collection, handling, and analysis
- Performing eDiscovery tasks in Relativity, including data processing, early case assessment, review & analysis, and production
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and providing training to team members as needed
- Assisting in the management of forensic technology and eDiscovery infrastructure environments
- Proactively planning workload and tasks for multiple active client matters, often with court-imposed deadlines
- Displaying risk awareness and focusing on quality client deliverables
- Assisting in business development and marketing initiatives
- Preparing research documents, proposals, and other business development and client delivery documents
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in forensic technology/eDiscovery, compliance, or legal sector
- Completion of eDiscovery or Relativity certification is preferred
- Proficiency in using Relativity or another eDiscovery tool
- Client-facing experience, ideally in a consulting role, is essential
- Understanding of the litigation support industry is preferred
- SQL experience is beneficial, but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to work under pressure and respond rapidly and accurately
- Motivated, with strong task management skills and ability to solve problems and work to deadlines
