Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry, working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education to A-level or equivalent standard.
  • Strong desire to work in the financial services industry, particularly in mortgages and protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to work.
  • Highly competent user of IT and Microsoft Office.

Working Arrangements

As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will be required to work a standard 37.5-hour week, with flexible working arrangements to accommodate client meetings and other work requirements. You will also be required to attend regular training sessions and meetings with the sales team.
