We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a vibrant pub in the heart of Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering, and stock management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 5 chefs, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of food safety and health, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth, developing menus, and optimizing kitchen operations.
