Job Specification

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the processes involved in policies, administering policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Learn the processes involved in policies and systems used.
  2. Administer policies, including quotations, policies, and queries.
  3. Work as part of a team delivering high-quality telephone and email service.
  4. Efficiently process daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits.
  5. Meet operational deadlines and handle policy queries or concerns from other departments.
  6. Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat.
Requirements
  1. A good level of education is required.
  2. Some work experience is preferred.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  4. Ability to understand and use established systems - good PC skills.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
