Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembly Quality Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading investigations into non-conformance reports (NCRs) and conducting root cause analysis of defects or failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations into NCRs and identify corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects or failures and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, actions, and findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, inspections, and improvement of PCB quality.
  • Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
  • Knowledge of PCB design and assembly processes.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
