We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reception Team Member to join our team at Lawton House GP Surgery. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our surgery.

Your duties will include processing new and follow-up appointment requests, receiving patients, and directing them to the appropriate services. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, process repeat prescription requests, and provide administrative support to the practice team.

About the Role:

As a Reception Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgery. Your duties will include:
