We are seeking a talented Business Growth Coach to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with consultants and sales managers to design and implement training programs that drive business growth and enhance recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and develop strategies to enhance recruitment processes.
- Training Programmes: Design and deliver high-quality training programs to consultants at all levels, focusing on people development and performance enhancement.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help team members achieve their full potential and measurable revenue growth.
- Results Focus: Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to drive business growth.
