Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Remote Property Valuer. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £50,000+ per year, with complete on-target earnings reaching up to £67,500. This includes a basic salary of £20,000 to £27,500, three months of supplementary payments, and an uncapped commission scheme. Responsibilities
As a Remote Property Valuer, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Becoming the best estate agent in your local area through self-employed model
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and network contacts
  • Utilizing market research and analysis to drive business growth and expansion


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have legal entitlement to live and work in the UK and provide relevant documentation. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the estate agency industry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
