About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Property Services department, you will be responsible for conducting site-based external and internal property surveys across our portfolio of retirement developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable and robust stock condition data to inform future asset management and maintenance of our property portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations through accurate and thorough surveys.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Homeowners, Health & Safety Executive, Lodge Managers, and Area Management teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education to HNC or degree level in a related construction or property subject.
  • Professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, or ABE.
  • Existing CSCS card holder.
  • Previous experience within the construction or property management industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, Building Regulations, Fire Safety, and Asbestos Awareness.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
