Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying top healthcare talent using innovative recruitment strategies and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source & Screen: Utilize industry-leading recruitment strategies to identify top healthcare talent.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment: From candidate sourcing to negotiating job offers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in the process.
  • Develop New Business: Attend client meetings and networking events to expand your professional network and drive business growth.
  • Close Deals: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure success across the board and help candidates land their dream roles.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Up to 6 months in B2B, B2C, D2D, or Business Development roles preferred.
  • Degree Qualified: 2:1 or above desirable, but not essential.
  • Competitive & Target-Driven: Sporting achievements or evidence of hitting professional goals highly sought after.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: You take initiative and are ready to make an impact.
  • Team Player: You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure success across the board.
