Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our trainee academy as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a graduate recruiter, you'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, learning the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the recruitment industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and retain top tech talent for our clients. You'll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants, developing your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying top tech talent for our clients
• Building relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong desire to work in the recruitment industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You'll also need to be comfortable with rejection and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as annual bonuses, performance-related career paths, and 1:1 L&D support.
